At East West Atelier, we're committed to getting your trench coat to you reliably and on time. Here's everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.

1. Where We Ship
We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom. Shipping options, costs, and delivery times can vary depending on your location and the size or weight of your order.

2. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday), not counting weekends or public holidays.
During busier periods or promotions, processing may take a little longer — if that happens, we'll keep you posted.

3. Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on every order, with no minimum spend required.

4. Estimated Delivery
Once your order is processed, here's what to expect:

  • Processing time: 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri)
  • Transit time: 4–9 business days (Mon–Fri)
  • Total delivery time: 6–12 business days
  • Order cutoff: 6:00 PM
  • Time zone: (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time – London

These are estimates — actual delivery can be affected by carrier delays or severe weather.

5. Shipping Restrictions
We're unable to ship to PO boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or other restricted locations. Some items may also be subject to shipping restrictions under UK regulations or carrier policy.

6. Failed Deliveries and Returned Parcels
If a delivery fails — due to a wrong address, a missed attempt, or another issue — your parcel may be sent back to us. If that happens, we'll get in touch to arrange a new shipment, which may involve an additional shipping charge.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, let us know right away at info@eastwestatelier.com. We'll follow up with the carrier and do everything we can to resolve it quickly.
