Yes, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their tags attached. Email us first — once your return is approved, we'll send you a prepaid return label. Sale items are final sale.

Once your return has been inspected and approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Always follow the care instructions for your coat, which you'll find in the product description and on the care label inside. Some coats should be dry cleaned, while others can be machine washed. Between washes, spot-clean stains promptly and hang your coat on a broad-shouldered hanger.
